Leave the garage sale scouring to the pros atThis Way Out, the jam-packed thrift store beneath the Beachland Ballroom. The shop’s carefully selected wares range from vinyl records to quirky knickknacks to old-school apparel, and it gets bonus points for Cleveland-centric finds such as the “Cleveland’s a Plum” bumper sticker we spotted during our visit. The late-night hours cater to Beachland concertgoers (Friday and Saturday, 2 p.m. to midnight and during most shows), which also makes it a stop for the bands that perform there. “Audiences stop in, talk music and mingle with bands,” says manager David Petrovich. “We don’t do lame, boring vintage. We pick out cool, high-quality stuff that runs the gamut.” 15711 Waterloo Road, Cleveland; (216) 458-1156; beachlandballroom.com
