Residential Installation -- Category V

DTR Associates Honor DTR Associates of Aurora started from scratch when designing the landscape for a new home in Cleveland. The company was responsible for selecting the exact positioning of the new house and setting the elevations. An elaborate grading plan accommodates the walkout lower level and raised upper level terrace. The old driveway was demolished and a new driveway installed. DTR built sandstone and bluestone terraces and walks, sandstone walls, boulder retaining walls and a new lawn terrace. A variety of plantings were installed, including low plantings around the perimeter of the house to let the light inside. A perennial garden is accented with boxwood and hydrangea. DTR Associates Merit DTR Associates of Aurora did a complete landscape redesign and installation for two adjacent properties in Westlake. Formal gardens, limestone paving and walls and an outdoor kitchen were included in the project. Rice’s Nursery and Landscaping Inc. Merit Rice’s Nursery and Landscaping Inc. of North Canton created a country club atmosphere on a Wooster property. Details included a pool, garden beds and woodland plants. Ann Cicarella Landscape Design Merit Ann Cicarella Landscape Design of Shaker Heights created a private sanctuary for a client in Novelty. Features include a pool, terraces, a water feature, gardens, lighting and fencing.
