More than 1,000 people helped raise $125,000 for Harvest for Hunger and Cleveland
Charities at the 10th annual Market Under Glass event April 7, held at the Galleria
at Erieview. Guests spent the evening sampling superb cuisine and delicious
wines from more than 40 of the city's top restaurants. Live cooking demonstrations
were presented throughout the night and entertainment included music from Roberto
Ocasio's Latin Jazz Project. Cleveland Magazine was a sponsor of the event.
Silver Spoon Awards Party
The votes have been tallied and the winners have been announced. Now it's
time to dig in. The 11th annual Cleveland Magazine Silver Spoon Awards Party
will be held at the InterContinental Hotel Tuesday, June 14 from 6 to 9 p.m.
The strolling dinner and wine tasting will include Blue Point Grille, Classics,
D'Vine Wine Bar, Fahrenheit, Great Lakes Brewing Co., Johnny Mango World Café
& Bar, The Melting Pot and more. Proceeds benefit the Arthritis Foundation,
Northeast Ohio Chapter. The event also includes a silent auction and raffle.

Art on the Slopes
Recognized as one of the country's top fine art and fine craft shows, Boston
Mills Artfest once again offers residents of Northeast Ohio access to 320 exhibiting
artists and their work June 24 through June 26 and July 1 through July 4. (See
the Boston Mills Artfest section in this issue for more information.) This year
marks the 34th consecutive year the Artfest will be held at Boston Mills Ski
Resort in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Cleveland Magazine is a sponsor

Mayor Jane Campbell helped break ground on Cleveland's CiTiRAMA 2005 housing
development April 21. She was joined by a host of community stakeholders, including
Home Builders Association of Greater Cleveland executive director Nate Coffman,
Glenville Development Corp. executive director Tracey Kirksey and Fifth Third
Bank president and CEO Todd Clossin. CiTiRAMA is a single-site new home showcase
that will feature 11 homes on East 100th and East 101st streets in Glenville
near Rockefeller Park and University Circle. The one-week show is scheduled
from Sept. 10 to Sept. 18. Cleveland Magazine is a sponsor of this event.

A Night of Song
The North Coast Men's Chorus will perform with four-time Grammy Award winner
Michael Feinstein June 25 at Playhouse Square Center's Allen Theatre. The chorus
and Feinstein will perform songs by Gershwin, Porter, Berlin, Cole and more.
