Guests sampled food and drinks from a sumptuous smorgasbord and were invited to bid on silent auction items. The June 14 event, held at the Cleveland Inter-Continental Hotel, raised more than $80,000 for the Arthritis Foundation Northeastern Ohio Chapter.

Burning River Fest

Never let the river burn again! Come support the work of Cleveland's environmental groups at the annual Great Lakes Burning River Fest Aug. 13 from noon to 7 p.m. Spend a day at North Coast Harbor's Voinovich Park and enjoy live music, local artists, speakers, a "floating research lab" and more. Sample outstanding food made with all-natural ingredients grown in Ohio and prepared by Cleveland restaurants. Proceeds support local environmental groups that promote a cleaner region.
