June 20 & 22

Back by popular demand, this 2012 Christian Petzold film follows a surgeon who is demoted to a small hospital as punishment for applying for an exit visa in 1980 East Germany. Despite being under the watchful eyes of Stasi spies, Barbara plots her escape. $9, Thu 7:30 p.m., Sat 9:10 p.m.

The Lady Vanishes
