Pummelo Breakfast Broil
Serves 2 to 4

2 Melissa’s Pummelos, peeled
1/4 cup golden brown sugar
Butter or margarine (optional)

Cut peeled Pummelos in half. Place cut side down in a baking dish. If desired, spread a small amount of butter over tops. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Place under preheated broiler for several minutes. Remove and serve for breakfast or light dessert.
