If you think vinegar is just for salad dressing, think again. The Olive and the Grape owner Candice Berthold has amped up the popular condiment to create a line of infused vinegars ($14-$15.50). Her 38 flavors — including raspberry chocolate, vanilla fig and carrot ginger — can be used on roasted veggies, as an ice cream topping and in marinades and sauces. They're a great way to cut back on oil and butter without sacrificing great taste.
