1st Swimming pools per 100,000 residents (9.2 pools) 7th Basketball hoops per 10,000 residents (5.3 hoops) 10th Ball diamonds per 10,000 residents (3.2 diamonds) 27th Playgrounds per 10,000 residents (2.7 playgrounds)
