Four out of five Clevelanders will tell you Tremont is one of the coolest neighborhoods in the city with its mix of hip galleries, restaurants and watering holes. Last year alone, 17 new businesses threw open their doors within the 1-square-mile district. In 2003, the Re-store Tremont business association also launched the Taste of Tremont, a six-hour summer event that generated $60,000 in revenue for local businesses. No surprise then that the Taste of Tremont is back this summer. So, if you haven't visited the historic neighborhood in a while, head over July 18 and soak in the small-town feel that exists in the shadow of the downtown skyline.
