Socialite Cindy Halle treats herself to many things, but her favorite is attending an exercise class at the Church of the Western Reserve in Pepper Pike. "A Wharton active-isolated stretch class is one hour, twice and a week, and that is a big luxury for me to take the time and do that," she says. At $90 for a series of six, the classes are based on international exercise gurus Phil and Jim Wharton's program.
