T & T Sausage Market, 5901 Fleet Ave., Cleveland, (216) 441-4022. This tenant of Slavic Village makes homemade specialty meats with East European flair, from authentic kielbasi to kiszka (blood sausage). Hours: Wed 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Thu 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., Fri 9 a.m. - 7 p.m., Sat 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
