Rocky River: Three years and a half million tiny cakes later, Hudson’s Main Street Cupcakes will open a second shop this month in Rocky River. The new, bigger store will have the same 190 flavor combinations as the original — 12 to 20 made daily — and a Rocky River-inspired cupcake creation is on the way. “We had such success with the current location; we wanted to be more accessible,” says Sarah Kalina, vice president of marketing and development. 19265 Detroit Road, Rocky River, 440-331-3661,
