Define Political antics. How about 10th Congressional District candidate Joe Cimperman handing out a “Missing” poster of Congressman Dennis Kucinich? We had to laugh when we read Cimperman’s Jan. 23 e-mail to supporters that declared, “... voters are getting tired of Kucinich’s attention-grabbing antics.” However, Cimperman may be on to something. Clearly, his brand of hijinx is far superior to those of Kucinich. Running for president when you can’t win is a good stunt. Doing it twice? Not so entertaining. For our money, nothing beats the cringe-worthy, handheld video camera footage of Cimperman taking one of the “Missing” posters to Kucinich’s Lakewood office. Own it, Joe. Own it.
