Let’s repeat This together: We are not going to worry about the Cavaliers’ offseason. We are not going to worry about whether LeBron is sending us secret messages that he’s packing for Brooklyn. When the U.S. men’s basketball team suits up for its first game of the 2008 Olympics on Aug. 10, we’re all going to settle in and enjoy watching LeBron reclaim our nation’s hardwood glory (no gold in 2004) alongside 11 other NBA stars. We’re even going to forgive Carlos Boozer’s betrayal for three weeks. Got it, Cavs fans? You are free to go back to your regularly scheduled obsessing on Aug. 25.
