how many doctors are there altogether?
"1100 best Doctors" seems do dilute the honors on being on the list.

"Top 1100 Doctors" sounds diluted, but they break it down by specialty. So each specialty only has roughly 10-15 doctors.

Top Pediatric Anesthesiologist, Top Pharmacist, etc.
