The Lake County YMCA Dream House 2008 would not be possible without the generosity of our sponsors and donors. We owe our deepest gratitude to 20th Century Construction Co. and ProBuilt Homes for their commitment to the success of this project, the 15th Dream House.

The first glimpse of this year’s theme, “Doing What Comes Naturally,” is the exterior: 84 Lumber made possible JELD-WEN windows, Therma-Tru doors, rough lumber and James Hardie concrete siding. Rock Solid Construction installed stone veneer. Roofing is from Willoughby Supply. Diamond Door Co. provided garage doors. Leisure Spaces designed and built the outdoor kitchen/deck and patio using Unilock hardscape materials and TimberTech decking. S.A.M. Landscaping created and installed the landscape plan, coordinated horticultural donations from our Lake County nurseries and installed the putting green. Lasko & Ohio Lawn Irrigation provided the irrigation system.

Inside, Grace Geothermal Inc. provided the geothermal heating/cooling system. Mason Structural Steel donated the gas fireplace and structural steel. Plumbing fixtures and Moen faucets/hardware were supplied by Active Plumbing Supply Co. and installed by A & J Plumbing. SFI Electrical Contractors installed electrical wiring throughout. Cleveland Lighting One provided lighting fixtures. Floor Show, Mentor made possible hardwood floors, ceramic tile applications and installation of both. Doug Page of Mentor Lumber & Supply Companies worked tirelessly to make cabinetry, counter tops and hardware beautiful and functional. Mentor Lumber also provided trim lumber and Schlage lock sets. Snow Bros. made possible outdoor KitchenAid appliances as well as Jenn-Air kitchen appliances. Sheraton Furniture designed their room and, through their unwavering generosity, enabled others to get perfect furniture. Dunn Pro Paint Center (Mentor) provided paint/stain products to Dar-Mar Painting and our faux artists. Sullivan Design Woodworking installed all trim and created custom built-ins throughout. Closet Factory provided storage systems. Sievers Security donated the security system.
