Whether you’re a foodie looking for a feast or a supporter of local shops, the Taste of Tremont’s more than 60 vendors will have you covered July 21. “When you consider festivals that have longevity, Tremont is the best dining neighborhood in the city,” says Rocco Whalen, executive chef of Fahrenheit. “It’s a collection of great food, great entertainment and great local endeavors by entrepreneurs.”
Summer classes? No thanks. Summer classes about beer? Count us in! The World Beer Festival aims to educate Clevelanders about the art of brewing July 13 at North Coast Harbor. Attendees can sample more than 200 beers while also learning about food pairings and beer ingredients. “We don’t serve ‘whatever’ beers,” says Daniel Bradford, festival producer. “Our focus is on specialty beers and the diversity of styles.”
