Our annual mash up of art and technology

Fireworks, gospel choirs and symphonies on orange barrels all arrive with the third installment of Ingenuity, Cleveland’s Festival of Arts and Technology. More than 1,000 artists and 90 organizations are collaborating for version 3.0, which happens July 19 through July 22 and will take place in the city’s Theater District. It all looks great, but here are four events we don’t want to miss.

Samba for 1,000 Drums, July 19, 5 p.m.

An electric launch to the festival, this samba is similar to last year’s Symphony for 1,000 Drums, with a musical twist. And, yes, there really will be 1,000 drums.
