The grounds of Brite Winter will change, but the spirit of the annual winter music and arts festival will remain the same in its 17th event.

On Saturday, the annual fest moves to Waterloo Arts District, making use of the Cleveland neighborhood’s existing stages at Beachland Ballroom, Treelawn Music Hall and Millard Fillmore Presidential Library, all located along the stretch of Waterloo Road.

A map of the festival, available at Brite Winter’s website, also shows stages at Praxis Fiber Workshop, NuLife Fitness and Waterloo Arts. A lot adjacent to Doinks Burger Joint hosts the main outdoor stage, along with the festival’s disco ball, beverage tent, fire pits and restrooms.

Parking for the festival is available in the Waterloo neighborhood, along with lots at Jergen’s, the Cleveland Food Bank and Memorial School, which provide a free shuttle for festival attendees.

“Being on the East Bank of the Flats in more of a neighborhood format last year felt really good; it felt good to be with actual neighbors and not just in a parking lot,” said Emily Hornack, Brite Winter’s co-founder and executive producer, in a previous interview with Cleveland Magazine. “This move to Waterloo is a much bigger extension of that.”

Prior to its year in the East Bank of the Flats, Brite Winter took place in the West Bank of the Flats.

This year, Brite Winter features more than 30 local bands and artists, including funk-rock band LoConti, genre-blending collective Black Voltron, R&B singer Sadhu, singer-songwriter Kid Tigrrr and more. Read more about the lineup here.

General admission tickets to the Brite Winter cost $15, with pay-what-you-can options available.
