When the Fourth of July arrives, neighborhoods come alive with anticipation, and the night sky becomes a canvas for spectacular displays of light and color. Whether you find yourself lounging on a blanket at the park or seated comfortably on your patio, the magic of fireworks is a sight to behold.

Aurora Fireworks at Pioneer Trail Ballfields
The City of Aurora presents a celebration with activities for all ages and interests. Take part in the annual Fun Run at 8 a.m. and enjoy the parade at 11 a.m., followed by an afternoon of activities at Kiwanis-Moore Park. The fireworks will conclude the festivities and will be shot off behind the ballfields on W. Pioneer Trail. Kiwanis-Moore Park is recommended for the best views. Boom at the Bay
Celebrate Independence Day at Put-in-Bay’s patriotic island Boom at the Bay. Hosted at the Peace Garden Lawn of Perry’s Victory & International Peace Memorial, this event offers a spectacular fireworks display over the lake. Revel in the history of the historic Battle of Lake Erie on the nation’s birthday. Take the ferry to the island where history, beauty and celebration come together. Brunswick Fireworks
The City of Brunswick hosts a fireworks show at Brunswick Community Recreation and Fitness Center. Before the firework show, enjoy a concert that ranges from Motown, country, classic rock, disco, to today’s hits. Chardon Fireworks

Light up the Lake
Head to Voinovich Park for a family-friendly Independence Day celebration featuring food trucks, music and activities along the lakefront. After sunset, watch the Cleveland City Fireworks illuminate the Downtown skyline in a spectacular display. Fireworks will begin at sundown and will last 20 minutes. Freedom Festival at Victory Park
The City of North Ridgeville and Victory Park Ohio (VPO) is hosting the Freedom Festival, a community-based celebration situated on VPO’s expansive outdoor facility. Experience family-fun activities including inflatables, carnival games, miscellaneous sporting activities, balloon twisters, stilt walkers, pony rides and much more. Sit back and watch three different shows put on by Performance Dogs of Ohio. Salute to America at Blossom Music Center

Grindstone Festival
