Education: Bachelor’s degree, Chapman University

What I Look for in a Leader: The highest level of honesty, integrity and drive. The product, services or software can be learned, but honesty, integrity and grit are deeper and cannot be taught.

If I Could Trade Places With Anyone: I would like to be the governor of Ohio. I think I understand the issues businesses face, those wanting to move up, the issues those reentering from incarceration, homelessness and human trafficking face and would certainly bring clarity to the fiscal madness we are seeing around us.

My Leadership Style: I am inclusive and want others to participate and to own the responsibility for the outcome. All problems are solvable, but often they need to be broken down to smaller achievements that ultimately solve the bigger issue.

What Would Surprise Someone to Learn About Me: My wife and I have horses and are frequent trail riders. We keep the horses on our property, and I muck their stalls every morning. Good time to think.

An Important Lesson I Learned: Solve a problem and become successful. Solve a problem for a lot of people and build a great company made up of problem solvers.
