What Success Looks Like to Me: I know we’re doing it right when people leave feeling better than when they arrived — more inspired, more relaxed or with a new resource, opportunity or relationship. As a membership organization, growth matters, but the reason people join matters more. 

What Motivates Me Right Now: Lately, I’ve found myself paying closer attention to the small wins — the moments of perseverance that remind us progress is still happening. Success isn’t always about being the biggest or strongest. Sometimes it’s simply about showing up, pushing forward and finding joy in the effort.

What Would Surprise Someone to Learn About Me: I studied as an herbalist in my 20s. While the knowledge is a bit dusty, I’m a good resource for natural healing remedies. And I can identify at least 50 native plants.

If I Could Star in a TV Show or Movie: A zombie show like The Last of Us. I’d finally get the chance to prove to my family that I’m survivor material.
