What Success Looks Like to Me: To me, success looks like delivering on the Fed’s mission of improving economic well-being in the region and the nation and making my family proud.

What Motivates Me Right Now: Going out and talking with business and community leaders across the Fourth Federal Reserve District, which includes Ohio, western Pennsylvania, eastern Kentucky and the northern panhandle of West Virginia, is what motivates me right now. On these visits, I learn about the challenges and opportunities leaders are facing, and it helps inform my thinking about not just where the economy is today, but where it will be six or 12 months from now. That’s how I can best ensure we deliver on our mission.

An Important Lesson I Learned: It’s important to tell people about the great things that you’re doing. This may go against the Midwest ethos to not brag, but if you’re not telling your story, people won’t know the value you’re bringing.
