What Success Looks Like to Me: Success is continual learning and development. Not every project or initiative will hit it out of the park. However, there will be lessons learned that may create the next big achievement. 

What I Look for in a Leader: Ability to build trust within a team and organization and enhance engagement; develop others, allowing them to showcase their strengths; finding passion in others around common goals and empowering them to take action

What Motivates Me Right Now: Connecting people to enhance their ability to make a difference within our communities and organizations 

Outside of Work You’ll Find Me: Actively involved with several not-for-profit boards supporting theater, dance, leadership, health and social service organizations; enjoying travel with my wife and daughter to experience many wonderful countries and learn more about their people and cultures. You will also find me in our backyard garden trying to grow and harvest our summer and fall fruits and vegetables.
