How I Approach My Day: I try to approach every day with the knowledge that I can’t do everything, but that the things I choose to work on and coach align with our mission to improve access to care through better data and information.

What Success Looks Like to Me: Success is the positive change brought about by our team’s innovation and commitment, which ultimately improves our clients’ ability to meet patient demand in the most cost-efficient manner. Our contribution to that is actionable data, insights and workflow integration that enables that.

What I Look for in a Leader: Someone who takes a team where they wouldn’t have gone on their own. Great leaders create environments of accountability by positively reinforcing the extent to which their team members depend on one another and what’s expected of them.

What Motivates Me Right Now: The knowledge that, in our small way, what Axuall is doing can improve the human condition. That is super difficult, but wow, it’s worth the effort!
