My Leadership Style: Hands-on, direct and collaborative. I believe in setting high expectations, providing support and leading by example.

What Would Surprise Someone to Learn About Me: Despite running a busy construction company, I still personally handle a tremendous amount of customer communication, estimating and problem-solving every day. I also love muscle cars and playing drums.

An Important Lesson I Learned: The only true way to fail is to give up, so never give up.

Outside of Work You’ll Find Me: Spending time with family and friends, attending Cleveland sporting events (especially the Cavs), attending concerts, relaxing up in Put-in-Bay and finding ways to improve the business and support the community
