How I Approach My Day: As an earlier riser, I am up around 4:30 a.m. to enjoy the quiet of the morning to read and organize my thoughts for the day. Many of my best ideas come to me in the quiet of the morning.

What Motivates Me Right Now: Working with families as the next generation steps into their roles as new family leaders. Also, watching my team develop and grow into the wonderful professionals that they are is motivating every single day.

What Would Surprise Someone to Learn About Me: By federal definition, I am considered a farmer, and I live on my family farm with horses, dogs and chickens. I start every day before the sun rises in my horse barn.
