What I Look for in a Leader: Clarity. Support. Motivation. Ideally, I would follow someone who I could never aspire to emulate but would follow to the ends of the earth to try.

What Would Surprise Someone to Learn About Me: I can play the bagpipes. I went to a Scottish school in Australia — of course — and it was just the thing to do.

An Important Lesson I Learned: Always fess up. You will make mistakes, hopefully not a lot of them, but you will. Fess up as soon as you can and you will be amazed how keen your colleagues are to help fix the problem.
