How I Approach My Day: Early is key — it is my most clear-headed time. Morning workout followed by an hour or more to clear e-mails and follow-ups, prepare for meetings and strategize on the day ahead. It is then easy to feel confident that a lot can get accomplished.
What I Look for in a Leader: I like people who are good listeners, able to synthesize many variables in working to determine the answer to a problem, yet also decisive in a conclusion and action. In advancing an initiative, the how is often more important than the what. Other key traits: determined, resourceful and passionate.
My Leadership Style: Find great people and let them do remarkable things.
An Important Lesson I Learned: It is fine to take risks and fail. But you must learn from it and let it motivate you for the next success.
Outside of Work You’ll Find Me: Outdoors, active and being with family
A Cleveland Spot I Recommend: Edgewater Park, Cent’s Pizza on Lorain Avenue and Downtown Chagrin Falls
