What Success Looks Like to Me: It isn’t one story that goes viral, a big award or one quarter’s results. Those are all important, but I think success is building a culture where people feel motivated to do their best work, create experiences and content that matter to our readers and help businesses connect with the community in deep, meaningful ways.

What I Look for in a Leader: I believe the best leaders create more leaders. They challenge and support people and give them the confidence to take risks, grow and succeed.

If I Could Trade Places With Anyone: I would trade places with a sports journalist for a day. I’d love to go beyond the sidelines and find the stories within the story.

Outside of Work You’ll Find Me: I love to be with family and friends. My favorite times are with my husband, children and our two grandsons, Lukey and Max. I try to be with them as much as possible.
