My Leadership Style: Collaborative, direct and focused on results. I believe in surrounding myself with talented people, empowering them to do their best work and making sure we are all aligned around the same goals.

What Would Surprise Someone to Learn About Me: I am probably more hands-on than people may expect. I care about the vision, but I also care about the details that make an experience feel special.

An Important Lesson I Learned: You cannot build anything meaningful alone.

If I Could Star in a TV Show or Movie: Shark Tank — not because I want to be on TV, but because I enjoy seeing ideas, entrepreneurship and business strategy come together in real time.
