What I Look for in a Leader: In a leader I look for authenticity, humility, courage and curiosity. The best leaders do not pretend to have all the answers. They ask great questions, listen deeply, make tough decisions when necessary and inspire others to believe in something bigger than themselves. Bonus points if they have a sense of humor. 

What Motivates Me Right Now: Pure possibility. We are living through one of the most transformative moments in history with the inclusion of AI, and Cleveland has an opportunity to lead. 

What Would Surprise Someone to Learn About Me: I’m a professional homebody. Sundays are officially “Felicia Day”— phone off, no meetings, no networking and absolutely no pants with buttons. Also, fun fact: I live in the home where Carl Stokes lived while serving as Mayor of Cleveland.

An Important Lesson I Learned: The most valuable asset you will ever build (and lose just as easily) is trust.
