How I Approach My Day: I usually start with prioritizing the biggest business issues of the office and our clients. I separate the urgent tasks from the important longer-term items. I find it meaningful to leave time for change, as business priorities can shift quickly.

An Important Lesson I Learned: Growth comes from discomfort. The moments that challenged me the most are the ones that taught me about resilience, confidence and how to adapt.

Outside of Work You’ll Find Me: You will find me with my family. I enjoy watching Cleveland sporting events, playing golf and cards.
