How I Approach My Day: If I bring enthusiasm, optimism and accountability to the day, it encourages others to do the same. This is a demanding profession, and I think it’s important to bring energy and a sense of fun to the work. 

What Success Looks Like to Me: If the people around me are growing, succeeding and enjoying the journey, I consider that a win.

What I Look for In a Leader: Authenticity, consistency and empathy. They care about results, but they care just as much about people.

My Leadership Style: I try to be accessible, transparent, engaged and intentional about relationships. I make time to reach out, stay in touch and be present, whether that’s through a quick message or face-to-face time. 

An Important Lesson I Learned: No matter how hard you work or how talented you are, you accomplish far more when you surround yourself with great people and help them succeed.
