How I Approach My Day: I try to stay fully present in whatever I’m doing — giving my full attention to family when I’m with them and focusing completely on work when I’m at work. 

If I Could Trade Places With Anyone: I would trade places with a mom from the 1980s or 1990s, meaning I would keep my same life — just a few decades earlier. Today, life often feels overscheduled, especially for children … Phillip (my husband) and I are trying to be intentional about creating a different rhythm for our three young boys.

My Leadership Style: I value people’s perspectives and aim to create a creative environment where team members are empowered to develop and own their ideas. I also try to know my team beyond work by taking interest in their lives, families and hobbies to build genuine connections. 

What Would Surprise Someone to Learn About Me: I’m very down-to-earth and enjoy spending time outdoors camping and being in nature with my husband and our three adventurous boys. At home, we care for a ball python, a leopard gecko and a chipmunk.
