What I Look for in a Leader: I look at a leader as someone who is strong, committed, compassionate, empathetic, results oriented, collaborative, focused and a very good listener who seeks input from others but is not afraid to stand up for what is right and needed.

What Motivates Me Right Now: What motivates me right now is the opportunity to have a positive impact on the residents of our community by providing housing opportunities, supportive services and programing that can assist them down their path to success and stability.

Outside of Work You’ll Find Me: Outside of work you’ll find me spending time with my family, attending sporting events and either cooking or grilling some delicious food.
