What Success Looks Like to Me: Success to me is not the external accomplishments, although those are always nice, but more in how I live by my values and lift up the people around me. 

What Motivates Me Right Now: Looking at the opportunities in University Circle and the Masterplan that we are working toward implementing inspires and motivates me every day … If we get this right, University Circle won’t be a regional gem but rather a global attraction. 

My Leadership Style: Leaders are called to make tough decisions and we make mistakes all the time, but if we approach those moments with curiosity, empathy and we own our mistakes, then we lead with steadiness that elevates others.

What Would Surprise Someone to Learn About Me: I love superheroes, their alter egos, their origin stories and the real-life lessons that carry through them. In my head, I’m relating almost everything to a superhero allegory. While there are examples of DC greatness (excited for Supergirl), Marvel is my go-to.
