How I Approach My Day: The world feels chaotic, but I try to approach each day somewhere between expecting to get punched in the gut and the perspective that Maya Angelou shared: “I love this day; I’ve never seen this one before.” I find myself somewhere in the middle, striving for optimism amid the uncertainty. Glass half full is the way to go.

What Motivates Me Right Now: Navigating people through a wild time in history. Understanding the emergence of AI and how it will or won’t impact work and how we conduct commerce in 20 years

My Leadership Style: I don’t care about chains of command, protocols or process. If it makes people and our organization better, do it. I want people to try new things and make mistakes.

What Would Surprise Someone to Learn About Me: I can own a room if I need to, but I’m actually quite shy, and I get nervous speaking in front of big groups.

A Cleveland Spot I Recommend: I love living Downtown … Becky’s is the best joint in Cleveland for my money.
