What Motivates Me Right Now: I’m motivated by people, especially the strength and spirit of our Cleveland community. I’m grateful every day for my friends, family and the incredible network around me. I believe together we’re building a city that has real momentum and heart.

My Leadership Style: My leadership style is all about building real relationships and creating an environment where people feel seen, supported and inspired to do meaningful work. I lead with transparency and energy, and I truly believe culture becomes a competitive advantage when you show up for it consistently every day.

A Cleveland Spot I Recommend: One of my favorite things to recommend is simply walking in the Cleveland Metroparks. There are trails all around us here in Cleveland, and they are amazing.
