What Motivates Me Right Now: We are following two tremendous casino operators and employers in Hard Rock and MGM with a very high bar of success to leap over. I want to fly over that bar and have our team members and guests say that our racino is the best in Ohio.

My Leadership Style: I try to spend 50% of my day walking the gaming floor and chatting with team members and guests. This is the best way to get feedback on what is working and what is not working. 

What Would Surprise Somone to Learn About Me: I have bungee jumped three times and would never do it again. 

An Important Lesson I Learned: God gave us two ears and one mouth and having the ability to listen with empathy and being receptive to feedback, good or bad, is a valuable life’s lesson.
