What Success Looks Like to Me: Success means delivering meaningful results while building trust along the way.

What I Look for in a Leader: I look for leaders who are accountable, collaborative and willing to listen. Strong leaders create clarity during uncertainty, support their teams and lead with integrity and a sense of urgency. I also value people who are adaptable and solution oriented — individuals who can bring people together, communicate effectively and maintain focus on the mission, even when challenges arise.

My Leadership Style: My leadership style is collaborative, transparent and mission driven.

An Important Lesson I Learned: One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that leadership is less about having all the answers and more about surrounding yourself with talented people and creating an environment where they can succeed. Some of the best decisions come from listening to a range of perspectives, especially during challenging situations.
