What Success Looks Like to Me: Success for me is building a strong, sustainable organization that can continue creating opportunities for entrepreneurs, strengthening communities and driving economic growth long after any one leader is gone. I believe deeply in JumpStart’s mission, so I want to make sure that the nonprofit can remain impactful, financially strong and positioned to serve future generations.

My Leadership Style: Empowerment, accountability and having fun along the way

An Important Lesson I Learned: One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is the power of accepting reality. We all face situations we didn’t choose, outcomes we don’t like and challenges we can’t control. I’ve learned that progress begins when we stop wishing things were different and start dealing with them as they are. Acceptance isn’t about giving up — it’s about gaining perspective.

Outside of Work You’ll Find Me: Outside of work, my greatest joy is spending time with family.

A Cleveland Spot I Recommend: Flour Restaurant in Moreland Hills
