How I Approach My Day: Lately, I look at myself as a project manager. I touch all phases of the business depending on what is needed, so my projects are very different in scope. One could be personnel related, another new markets and another operations, but I try to scope them in a way where there is a defined timeline and outcome. Otherwise, they will drag on forever. Each day I am trying to get traction on those projects.

What Success Looks Like to Me: Hemingway used to say that if he wrote one true sentence each day that it was a successful day. I feel if I can move our company’s mission forward in one true way, no matter how small, it was a successful day.

An Important Lesson I Learned: Everything in your life has led you to the moment you are in today. Somehow that gives me confidence to take whatever challenge that lies ahead.

A Cleveland Spot I Recommend: The Metroparks here are so good. I try not to take them for granted.
