How I Approach My Day: I like to start every work day with a morning run or walk. It allows me to think about the day ahead and what I want to accomplish.

My Leadership Style: My leadership style is a participative one where I seek feedback from my team. I’m a huge believer that when you work with a great team, often the best ideas come from them on a path forward to solve any issues. If you aren’t going to listen to them, why have them in their seat?

An Important Lesson I Learned: If you take calculated risks, it is OK to fail. If you never take any sort of risk, it is impossible to push yourself and your organization forward. 

Outside of Work You’ll Find Me: Spending time with my wife Missy, our two sons Owen and Evan and our two cats Skippy Jon Jones and London
