How I Approach My Day: Sometimes I have a clear sense of what I want to move forward and some days are just pure learning opportunity. I work hard and I move fast, but the energy comes from genuine curiosity. I’m always asking: what haven’t we tried yet? 

What Success Looks Like to Me: Success for me is quieter than people might expect. I’m genuinely content — I’m not running toward some finish line. Being content isn’t the same as being satisfied with less, but it actually frees me to pursue it more honestly.

What I Look for in a Leader: Someone with credibility, confidence and resilience, but they also stay open, take risks and are willing to step into the unknown.

A Cleveland Spot I Recommend: I know I am biased here, but the newly reimagined Cleveland Museum of Natural History in University Circle is a real gem.
