What Motivates Me Right Now: I’m motivated by the responsibility of stewarding a 91-year-old brand while helping write its next chapter. Just as motivating are the “Malley’s Moments” we hear about every day. They are stories of traditions, celebrations and memories that involve our products. Knowing that our products help create moments of joy is something that never stops motivating me.

What Would Surprise Someone to Learn About Me: I’m a certified Enneagram coach and love exploring personality, motivation and what helps individuals and teams thrive.

An Important Lesson I Learned: Clear is kind. Earlier in my career, I sometimes hesitated to give direct feedback because it felt unkind. But over time, I realized something important: Avoiding clarity isn’t kind. The best leaders care deeply about people and hold them accountable.

A Cleveland Spot I Recommend: I’d highly recommend taking in a sunset at either Rocky River Park or Bradstreet’s Landing. The views are spectacular, and my favorite way to experience them is from a paddle board on the water.
