Megan Lykins Reich
Kohl Executive Director, Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland (moCa)
Education: Several schools, but mostly, I learn from the brilliant people I am lucky enough to meet, talk, work and grow with.
How I Approach My Day: Adaptively and, at best, with a creative and appreciative mindset
What I Look for in a Leader: Courage, ingenuity and empathy
My Leadership Style: Trusting, collaborative, imaginative, flexible and confident
What Would Surprise Someone to Learn About Me: I love taking pictures of (and talking to) flowers. Also, I love pelicans.
An Important Lesson I Learned: It will all be OK in the end; if it is not OK, it is not the end.
Outside of Work You’ll Find Me: Hopefully with my family and friends, beside some body of water, maybe sipping wine or laughing at jokes
A Cleveland Spot I Recommend: Henry Church Rock and Quarry Picnic Area at South Chagrin Reservation (Cleveland Metroparks), where you can hike up/down and swim in the Chagrin River
If I Could Star in a TV Show or Movie: Anything written by and starring Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Donald Glover, Bill Hader, Tina Fey, Jason Bateman or Dan and Eugene Levy
