What Success Looks Like to Me: Success to me looks like helping sustain and grow a long-term family business in a way that preserves its values, relationships and reputation for future generations, while also maintaining a healthy balance with family life. True success is finding a balance where both the business and family can thrive together over the long term.

What I Look for in a Leader: The best leaders create an environment where employees feel valued, supported and trusted to do their jobs well.
