How I Approach My Day: My best days are the days when I do not rush out immediately first thing in the morning. Physical exercise and quiet time in the morning are recipes for a productive day. 

What Success Looks Like to Me: Success to me is accomplishing what I set my eyes on, big or small, remembering to celebrate those small wins. Most importantly, the best measure of success is based on the quality of lives that I positively impacted.
