What Success Looks Like to Me: Success looks different from each side of a decade. Things I used to think were so important become less relevant the older I get. Earlier in life, success looked like achievement — titles, growth, building something meaningful. I still care about those things, but age changes the prism a bit. Now success also looks like relationships that last, work that actually matters and enjoying the life you’ve built along the way.

What Motivates Me Right Now: Time motivates me — using it well, not squandering any of it on efforts and projects that aren’t impactful to either the business or my life. Eventually you realize time is the one thing you never really get back. That changes how you prioritize things, who you spend your energy on and what feels worth chasing.

What I Look for in a Leader: Someone who has a vision and can clearly communicate it. Someone who is smart but quick to acknowledge they don’t have every answer. Someone who has the courage to have the tough conversations but still leads with heart.
